If you receive a visibly damaged shipment, you may refuse the shipment and contact Carrie Fell Art Collections, Inc. at (303) 690.7524. If you accept a visibly damaged package, write on the shipping document "CONTAINER RECEIVED DAMAGED" and immediately contact Carrie Fell Art Collections, Inc.

If you decide, within 5 days of receipt, you would like to return an order purchased directly from Carrie Fell Art Collections, Inc., please call Carrie Fell Art Collections, Inc. at (303) 690.7524 or email CarrieFell@CarrieFell.com for authorization and return shipping/insurance instructions.

A full refund for artwork will be issued if artwork is returned with prior authorization and in a marketable condition to Carrie Fell Art Collections, Inc.
