Please check, upon receipt, artwork purchased directly from Carrie Fell& Company. All damage claims must be made within 5 days of receipt. If you receive a visibly damaged shipment, you may refuse the shipment and contact Carrie Fell & Company at 303.690.7524. If you accept a visibly damaged package, write on the shipping document “CONTAINER RECEIVED DAMAGED” and immediately contact Carrie Fell & Company.

If you decide, within 5 days of receipt, you would like to return an order purchased directly from Carrie Fell & Company,  please call Carrie Fell & Company at 303.690.7524 or email for authorization and return shipping/insurance instructions. Credit will be issued as refund on all art purchases only if artwork is returned with prior authorization and in marketable condition to Carrie Fell & Company.

Delivery dates on special orders, pre-release orders and shipping are approximate subject to all of the normal variations customary in the industry and subject to any unforeseen delays.  Carrie Fell & Company shall not be liable for any delay which is directly or indirectly the result of any cause beyond the reasonable control, including without limitation, fire, flood, accident, civil unrest, act of God, war, governmental interference, labor difficulties, disruption in materials or supplies, actions or omission or suppliers or vendors to include transportation delays.  Your Carrie Fell representative will be responsible to communicate as to the status of your art acquisition either as a special order and also delivery.
