This pair of monoprint cowboys is truly the origin of Carrie's Shadow Rider image, which would grace countless originals as an embossed signature on early works. 

With monoprinting, unlike other printing methods, the image created is only made once. Other forms of printing can be used to create multiple original prints, but monoprinting can only be made a single time. Furthermore, this dual piece was created on 130-pound hot press (smooth) paper, giving weight and durability to the ink impressions. Frame as a single piece or split to frame as a pair.
